Design Services: Logos, Branding, Banners, and Everything Your Brand Wears

A full graphic and brand design studio inside an eCommerce agency: identity systems, marketing creative, product imagery, print, and marketplace storefronts, all built to match the store we design for you.

Most of what a customer sees of your brand is not the website. It is the logo on the box, the banner in the ad, the graphic in the feed, the template in the inbox, and the product image on Amazon. MAK Digital's design team produces all of it, in one visual system, so the brand a shopper meets on Instagram is the one they find at checkout. We have designed for online retailers for fifteen years alongside our eCommerce web design and web design services; below is the full list of design work we take on, with what each includes and what you receive.

    Design Services We Provide

Each service is scoped and priced on its own or bundled into a brand program. What is listed under each item is what we produce and what you receive.

    • Logo Design

A logo system, not a single file: primary mark, horizontal and stacked lockups, an icon or monogram for favicons and social avatars, and one-color and reversed versions. Three initial concepts from research into your market and competitors, two rounds of refinement, then delivery in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG with a usage sheet.

    • Full Brand Identity

The complete visual system a business runs on: logo suite, color palette with print, screen, and accessibility values, typography with licensed fonts and a type scale, imagery and iconography direction, graphic devices, and starter templates for stationery, social, and email. Delivered as a brand kit with editable sources and a guidelines document.

    • Brand Guidelines & Style Guide

A written and visual rulebook so every designer, agency, and printer uses the brand the same way: logo clear space and misuse, color and type rules, layout grids, photo style, tone of voice, and application examples. Produced as a PDF and a shareable web page your team can link to.

    • Brand Refresh & Rebranding

For established brands whose identity no longer fits: an audit of every touchpoint, a strategy for what to keep and change, a modernized logo and system that preserves recognition, and a rollout plan covering the website, packaging, marketplaces, and social so the change lands cleanly.

    • Banner & Display Ad Design

Website hero and promotional banners, Google Display and retargeting ad sets in every standard size, and animated HTML5 banners, designed as variant families so a campaign ships in one pass. Copy, imagery, and calls to action coordinated with your paid media plan.

    • Social Media Graphics & Templates

Post, story, Reel cover, carousel, and ad creative for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, plus profile assets and an editable template set so your team can produce on-brand posts daily. Aligned with your social media marketing calendar.

    • Email & Newsletter Templates

Modular, responsive, dark-mode-ready email templates for campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows, coded for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and others, and tested across inboxes. See custom newsletter design and our email marketing services.

    • Landing Page Design

Campaign, product launch, lead capture, and promotion pages designed for one job: conversion. Message hierarchy, proof, form placement, and mobile layout built from our UX research, and delivered as a design file or built on your platform.

    • Product Image Editing & Retouching

Background removal and pure-white cutouts to marketplace specification, color correction, shadow and reflection work, lifestyle composites, infographic-style product images with callouts, and size variants for every channel, at catalog scale.

    • Infographics, Icons & Illustration

Data-led infographics for content and PR, custom icon sets for your site and apps, spot illustrations, diagrams, and how-it-works visuals in your brand style, delivered as vector files and web-optimized SVG.

    • Packaging & Label Design

Boxes, mailers, labels, inserts, and unboxing experiences designed from dielines to print-ready artwork, with regulatory content, barcodes, and material and finish guidance, coordinated with your printer or co-packer.

    • Print & Marketing Collateral

Business cards, letterhead, brochures, product catalogs, line sheets, sell sheets, trade show graphics, and signage, designed to the brand system and delivered as press-ready PDFs with bleed, plus editable sources.

    • Amazon, eBay & Marketplace Storefronts

Amazon Brand Store pages, A+ Content, and image stacks; eBay store design and listing templates; and Walmart and Etsy assets, all to each marketplace's specifications and matched to your own site.

    • Presentations & Sales Decks

Investor, sales, partner, and internal presentations designed on a branded master, with data visualization, imagery, and an editable template in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

    • UI Kits & Design Systems

Component libraries in Figma covering buttons, forms, cards, navigation, and page templates, with tokens for color, type, and spacing, so your site, apps, and future pages are built from one source of truth. Pairs with our development and responsive design work.

    • Motion Graphics & Video Ads

Logo animations, animated banners, short product videos, social video ads, and explainer motion pieces cut for each platform's format and length, from your existing footage or from stills and 3D renders.

    AI in the studio

How We Use AI in Design, and What Stays Human

AI has made parts of design faster: variations, resizing, retouching, and mockups that used to take days take hours. It has not made brands distinctive; the market is now full of identities that look generated. We use the tools for production and exploration, and we keep concept, judgment, and the final craft with designers.

    • Faster Exploration

AI-assisted mood boards, concept ranges, and style tests early in a project, so you react to more directions before we commit design time to the strongest one.

    • Production at Scale

Ad size families, social variants, localized versions, and catalog image edits produced with AI assistance and checked by a designer, cutting cost on the repetitive work.

    • Retouching and Compositing

Background removal, extension, and cleanup accelerated by AI, with a retoucher finishing edges, color, and shadows so product images meet marketplace and print standards.

    • Realistic Mockups

Packaging, signage, apparel, and environment mockups generated quickly so you see the brand in the world before anything is printed.

    • Original Where It Counts

Logos, brand marks, and core illustration are drawn by our designers, so your identity is ownable and trademarkable rather than a variation of the same generated aesthetic.

    • Rights and Provenance

Every asset we deliver is cleared for commercial use, with licensed fonts and imagery and a record of what AI touched, so you own what you pay for.

    What you receive

Deliverables and Standards on Every Design Project

The file that gets emailed the day before a print deadline is the one that matters. Every design engagement is delivered to these standards:

    • Editable source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) alongside the exports, so you are never locked out of your own brand
    • Logos as vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) plus PNG and JPG in every lockup, color version, and standard size
    • Print artwork as press-ready PDF/X with bleed, crop marks, and CMYK or Pantone values; screen artwork in RGB and sRGB
    • Fonts licensed for your use, or open-license alternatives specified, with the license documented
    • Color values in Pantone, CMYK, RGB, and HEX, with contrast-checked combinations for accessibility
    • Marketplace, ad platform, and social assets built to each platform's current specifications
    • A concept round and two refinement rounds included in every scope, with clear approval points
    • A brand kit folder structure and naming convention your team and other vendors can follow
    • Full ownership of the delivered work on final payment, with rights and provenance documented

Design for Your Store and Channels

Website, storefront, and platform design have their own pages. Everything on this page is built to match them.

    How a Design Project Runs

Every design project runs the same way, from a logo to a full brand system: a written brief, researched direction, concepts refined with your feedback, production in every format, and rollout by the same team that keeps the brand consistent afterward.

    • Brief & Discovery

Goals, audience, competitors, existing assets, channels, and constraints gathered in a written brief you approve, with a fixed price and timeline for the deliverables.

    • Research & Direction

Market and visual research, mood boards, and two or three directions presented with rationale, so the choice is strategic rather than a matter of taste alone.

    • Concept & Refinement

The chosen direction developed into concepts, refined over two rounds with your feedback, and tested in real applications: the site, an ad, a box, a feed.

    • Production & Delivery

Final artwork produced in every required format, checked against the deliverables standards, and delivered in an organized brand kit with guidelines.

    • Rollout & Ongoing Design

Applied across your store, ads, social, email, and marketplaces by the same team, with a monthly design plan available for the assets a growing brand needs every week.

    • Guard the Brand

Brand guidelines kept current, new assets reviewed against them before release, and a quarterly audit of the store, ads, and marketplaces so the brand still looks like one brand a year later.

    Design Services Questions, Answered

Logos versus identities, cost, timelines, files and ownership, revisions, AI, and ongoing design.

What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the system the mark lives in: the logo suite in all its lockups and versions, the color palette, typography, imagery and icon style, graphic devices, and the guidelines and templates that keep everything consistent. Most businesses that ask for "a logo" need the identity, because the logo will immediately be used on a site, packaging, ads, and social, and without the system each of those ends up looking different.

How much do logo design and branding cost?

A professionally designed logo system with research, three concepts, revisions, and full file delivery typically runs from the low four figures. A full brand identity with palette, typography, guidelines, and starter templates runs from the mid four figures into the five figures for larger brands or rebrands with rollout. Marketing creative (banners, social sets, email templates, collateral) is priced per project or on a monthly design plan. We quote a fixed price after the brief, and you can see our design packages for bundled options.

How long does a design project take?

A logo takes about three to four weeks; a full brand identity six to eight; marketing collateral, banner sets, and templates two to four; packaging depends on print lead times. Timelines stretch mainly when feedback rounds take longer than planned, so we agree review dates in the brief.

What files will I receive, and do I own them?

Vector logo files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) plus PNG and JPG in every version, print-ready PDFs for anything printed, web-optimized exports for digital, and the editable source files in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma. Fonts are licensed to you or open-license alternatives are specified. You own the delivered work outright on final payment; we keep nothing hostage.

How many concepts and revisions are included?

Logo and identity projects include three initial concepts and two rounds of refinement on the chosen direction. Marketing creative includes a concept round and two refinement rounds. Additional rounds are available at an hourly rate, but they are rarely needed when the brief is clear, which is why we spend time on the brief.

Do you use AI to design logos and graphics?

We use AI for exploration, resizing, variants, retouching, and mockups, where it saves time without affecting originality. Logos, brand marks, and core illustration are drawn by our designers so your identity is distinctive and can be trademarked; AI-generated logos are generally not eligible for trademark and tend to look like everyone else's. We document what AI touched in every project.

Can you design assets that match our existing website and brand?

Yes. We work from your current guidelines and assets, and if none exist we reverse-engineer a mini style guide from your site before producing anything, so new banners, social graphics, emails, and print pieces fit what you already have. If we built your store, the design system is already in place.

Do you design for Amazon and other marketplaces?

Yes: Amazon Brand Stores, A+ Content, and compliant image stacks, eBay stores and listing templates, and Walmart and Etsy assets, each to the marketplace's specifications and consistent with your own site so the brand reads the same everywhere a customer finds it.

Can we get ongoing design support instead of one project?

Yes. A monthly design plan covers the assets a growing brand needs continuously: campaign banners, social sets, email templates, product images, sale creative, and print. You get a dedicated designer who knows the brand, a request queue, and predictable turnaround, at a lower cost than quoting each piece.

    Do you handle print production?

We deliver press-ready artwork and can manage the print run through our print partners or coordinate directly with your printer or co-packer: proofs, color checks, materials, and finishes, so what arrives matches what was approved on screen.
